It is not the cleanest. Breakfast that is free is very very dirty. The kitchen where it is made is 10x worse. Scary. But the building is not in the best shape. If it is a very cheap night it is fine to stay.

The room was great, loved the bathroom with the large mirror, the only issue we had was the floors were quite dirty. I showered after I arrived, and within an hour my feet were black. As well as my friends socks. The floors could have been better maintained, however the staff were polite, helpful, and the building was beautiful.

The kitchen had most of what we needed. Bring your own cutting knife - I do understand why a hotel should avoid providing a potential hazard. Breakfast was okay. Good but not as appetizing as other breakfasts in hotels. Room was spacious enough for 3 adults. Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. We will be staying there again when needed.

We liked the layout and size of the room and the bed was very comfortable. It looks like the suites have been recently renovated. Staff is friendly and attentive. The eating area in the lobby is very bright and the breakfast was good (particularly on our second day when there were western omelettes) with a decent selection, including fresh fruit.

We had a great stay at this property from the time we checked in till checkout. We had a late check in and the person who checked us in was funny, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Vincent was excellent and pleasant on both mornings we had breakfast. The hotel contacted us after we left and let us know they found a bracelet. Very much appreciated. Waqar went above and beyond along with housekeeping to ensure we knew they found the item. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. Staff goes above and beyond to be helpful.

Was happy with the room and size. Only complaint is that the one chair beside the couch had stains on it. Other than that the room and hotel seamed clean. Also, when I went to use the phone to call receptionist it wouldn’t work. Found out that it wasn’t even plugged in. Staff were polite and helpful.

Booked room and came to the hotel with my wife and 2 month old daughter. No notice of any issues prior to arrival. Arrived 7 hours after check in. Room that was assigned to us was occupied by another guest. We were told that the hotel was short staffed. Other guests were waiting for 1 hour at 11pm. Unacceptable. The manager Carlos did his best to remedy the situation with snacks but we were scheduled to stay for 3 days and had to turn around, drive home and make last minute alternate arrangements for the rest of the week. Not at all ideal, particularly with a 2 month old infant.
