Apart from a somewhat unwelcoming and surly concierge we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Room was quiet and comfy, spotlessly clean which a really nice bed. Complimentary soft drinks in the room a nice touch.

The Roma were a very nice size for London. The location is excellent. Close to the tube, a little grocery store, and lots of restaurants. The bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Staff absolutely lovely. My second stay here and will stay again on my next trip.

I have stayed in London hundreds of times for work and always thought Lalit was a bit out of the way - nonsense! 5 mins to London Bridge tube (15 mins to Bond Street) but also a few minutes walk to the bustling south bank and all the restaurants by Tower Bridge. A beautiful hotel, the staff were very attentive and as in the old St Olaf's grammar school lovely architecture. Room was quiet, bright and large all very well decorated. Large bathroom and one of the best showers I have ever stood under! I would highly recommend.
