The Mad Hatter was great. Fabulous location a block from Thames. Short walk to Tate Modern and Shakespeare Theatre. Breakfast was exceptional and staff very accommodating. I would stay there again.

The only thing missing in this hotel is a/c but then again the weather this week has been unbearable hot. Just head downstairs to the air-conditioned pub and restaurant excellent.

Ideal base for southbank weekend. Good food and lovely staff. Not hotel’s fault but third floor very hot in high temps as no air con, so air con in pub restaurant was a relief! Overall lovely stay though despite hot night.

Good room. Good staff. Meal in the restaurant not good. Hot pie but cold potato and veg. Asked for the meal to be heated. Unfortunately, the pie which was already hot was heated but the cold potato and veg were not. Ended up with inedible pie, tough pastry, and cold veg and mash and gravy.

We had a brilliant stay here for a weekend away. The breakfast was lovely and there was a large selection of breakfast buffet items alongside a cooked breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was and added bonus to have water, milk and coffee avaliable in the room free of charge. The hotel is in a good location for sightseeing and exploring london. Would 100% stay here again.
