The kind gentleman at the hotel absolutely saved us when our coach was cancelled last minute at 10pm. When we arrived, we explained what had happened and he actually gave us a free upgrade from single twin beds, to a double room with double beds. Thank you! Room was also very clean and a good size. The ensuite was in great condition, and towels/bedding were immaculate. The price was also very good, especially for central London.

Hotel was lovely and clean. No food options and a lot of stairs if you’re on the top floor. Rooms 16,17,18 there are around 76 stairs to climb with cases. No lift. Staff welcoming and very friendly. We had breakfast at premier inn a 5 minute walk away.

The room was very small but clean. The shower pressure was poor, we were on the 2nd floor. However for a night it was great value, a good location and the staff were 5*. Helpful and friendly.

The location is amazing. So easy to get to. The price is great value for the location. It's a nice little hotel run by very nice people. The rooms are small but has what you need. A few things could be improved (the hairdryer didn't work, the shower door was a bit wonky). What really impressed me is how clean they keep the place. The room was very well maintained!!

Stayed in a triple room for 2 nights, room was clean, bed comfortable, great location and easy access to transport links. Only negative was the room was shall we say “cosy” but 3 adults for 2 nights we managed fine.

I recommend this hotel for a lot of reason. The front desk Fatima and the other guy I forgot his name did an excellent job, theyre very friendly and helpful from the minute I enter the hotel. They go beyond their job. Im a solo traveler so the room was perfect for me. Its very clean and comfortable. Its close to public station, groceries & restaurant.
