I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay!
When I arrived at the address given, I was told that the flat was 5 minutes down the road (after a very cold reception)...... which in rush hour London with baggage is a real pain.
When arrived at the flat, the bin hadn't been emptied so the entire kitchen / lounge smelt of rotting meat. The internet wasn't working. Also, the shower's thermostat was not working so either boiling hot or cold.
Overall a pretty bad couple nights

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
No central management system, things didnt work
I chose this particular place (The Pavillion) but they diverted me to different apartment which was abt 5min walk away. This upsetted me first. Then apartment was not cleaned properly, mob was not washed so i had to wash myself, wifi didnt work, shower did not work as well so had to take bath all along my 5 days stay. Receptionist couldnt bother all he answered was ‘you hav to contact the company’ i seriously dont recomment this place.
It was very hot during our stay and the apartment was horribly hot at night. One of the bedrooms had no windows and the heat was particularly awful in that room, could not sleep. The condition is generally good but we were not provided with with towels for all guests. The area is perfect, close to tube / train station and some nice restaurants close by.
Convenient location, with porter to facilitate check in.
Only complaint was one of the showers didn’t seem to run hot water.
Lots of space and light for London property.
Apartment was very comfortable and well located for all transport links. It’s in a business district, so was pleasantly quiet in weekends and without hoards of people.
The apartment itself was great for four adults- lots of space and two bathrooms.

Nice apartments but not much worked!
Apartment in general was good, it was clean and comfortable. Also a great location to explore London and handy having parking on site. Some small issues with appliances, toaster didn’t work, grill didn’t work, bedside lamps didn’t work! Enquired at reception about a spare toaster and was informed they had nothing to do with the upkeep of the apartments, they were only there to hand out keys!!
It’s hard to use a self catering apartment when half of the kitchen doesn’t work!
I was very impressed by the amount of space available in the flat considering what I paid: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, decent-sized kitchen, dining area and lounge was wonderful. The dining area has a double-height ceiling, with glazing to match. It was also pretty well-equipped: the kitchen had everything I needed, and all areas were clean and tidy.
The location was also excellent - just a short walk from Farringdon station, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, as well as a mini-supermarket nearby to stock up on self-catering items.
The only downside was the fact that the part of the double-height window that actually opened could not be closed: the mechanism for this was broken. When I contacted the company that manages the flat about this, they weren't too helpful, and didn't say whether or when anyone would be along to fix it. With the flat being directly above a bar, it got pretty noisy, and also let in cold air and people's cigarette smoke to the living area. But hopefully by the time the next person stays there, they'll have fixed that, and it will no longer be a problem.
