The location of the hotel is well situated to Trafalgar Square and the West End therefore really easy to get around. We have stayed there before but unfortunately on this occasion our room was very small and warm as the air conditioning wasn’t working properly! They did however provide us with a fan and breakfast as a goodwill gesture!

Excellent location with about a 8 minute walk to both Piccadilly and Leicester Square. Many bars and restaurants close. My room had a king bed, ironing board, safe, coffee/tea, cookies. There is a buffet English breakfast available which is excellent with seating inside or on the patio. Staff were attentive and approachable. Considering the location and being London, one cannot do any better.

This hotel is in a great location for the tube, trains and walking. It is close to Trafalger square and Westminster. ! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! I think the name of the evening front desk man was Rashid and many times he went above and beyond to help us! The breakfast staff were very friendly and on top of things. I would recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.

One night stay for a theatre break. Hotel was very central, but slightly off main tourist area. Check in was fairly quick. We had a king bed room. Room was reasonable size, bathroom was good and clean with the shower being a decent strength. The a/c unit in the room was a welcome relief in the very weather. Bed and pillows were on the firm side and too hard for me personally, meaning not a great night's sleep. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice, and should be something for everyone. Overall a very good location for sightseeing but probably would not stay again due to how hard the bed was.
