You couldn’t get better than this!
Wonderful ground floor two bedroom apartment, with en-suite bathroom and one shower room/cloakroom. Spacious bright open-plan living area, with all the machines. The location of this property makes the apartment quite unique- you are literally moments from the tube station and some of the best shops and yet the apartment is peaceful and quiet. In a very upmarket area of London, with numerous cafes, bars and pubs just around the corner. It is a short walk away from Portobello Road and Notting Hill Gate. Clean and fresh decor, light wooden flooring, carpeted master bedroom, top quality bedlinen. Looking out to some of the most expensive real estate in London, and greenery. You will be utterly amazed at how close you are to everything LONDON has to offer. Holland Park is just a five minute walk away. Wireless Internet included. An easy and stressfree time and so nice to come home to. * please note the washing machine and tumble dryer featured in the photos have now been replaced with European machines.

Perfect location

We stayed 8 nights. The apartment was perfectly located- tube station, market, cafes. We walked to Nottinghill, Portobello Road, restaurants, Holland Park. Eve, our host, was lovely and very helpful. Will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Area was safe and in a beautiful neighborhood. The tube was around the corner for easy access to center of town and other tourist sites.

Perfect Location, lovely flat

Perfect flat for our family of 3 adults. Loved the location - Central Line tube stop is so convenient. Loved exploring the Holland Park neighborhood. Eve was so kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The flat was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, lots to walk to, easy access to Tube. Space was clean and beds were comfortable. Already planning a return trip!

Christmas in London

Lovely flat in an excellent location. Just as presented in the listing. Warm and light, great transport links, very comfortable stay. Would definitely return for future stays. Communication with the host was also very easy and friendly.

Great flat and great location!

Stayed at this flat in November. The flat was exactly as pictured and Yvonne was a fantastic host! The location can’t be beat - so close to Holland Park tube station.

Winter stay in Holland Park

Wonderful, cozy apartment in an upscale walkable neighborhood. Around the corner from the Holland Park tube station, and several nice places to eat within two blocks. Two bedrooms and two baths - perfect for our family with two teenagers. Communication with host was great- she met us to let us in, and even brought by fresh flowers. Very nice to have a clothes washer and dryer.

Quiet and charming

We loved this charming flat, the host was lovely and very attentive. The neighbor hood is quiet and with everything you need is just a short walk. We enjoyed walking to Starbucks every morning and of course gelato in the afternoons. I highly recommend this flat for your visit in London. Thank you for the great hospitality 😊💕

Wonderful and convenient!

Of the places we stayed on our UK trip, this was our favorite! The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family. Very convenient to the Tube, lots of shops and places to eat within a short walking distance. The host was absolutely amazing and very responsive. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone!

Charming flat in a perfect location

The flat was wonderful and centrally located between Kensington and Notting Hill. It was right around the corner from the underground. Yvonne was delightful. The apartment was clean and had fans in every room which was nice because it was hot. I would definitely recommend.

Quiet and great location

The listing was accurate, the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Easy walk to 2 different underground lines, shopping very close by. The apartment was quiet and neighborhood felt very safe even when walking home late at night. Yvonne is easy to reach if needed. We would stay here again.

Holland Park delight

Great stay in a fabulous location so close to Holland Park tube station with lots of shops and restaurants just one street away. Apartment was wonderful with good security, excellent kitchen and laundry facilities and the second toilet/shower room was an added bonus for our family. Yvonne was a lovely, hospitable host. She even had repeat guests staying after us. Would highly recommend!

Holland Park Stay

Property was warm,cosy and comfortable with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The location is outstanding only a block from Holland Park tube and walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and Portobello Rd. Loved it felt like a home away from home. Eve was a brilliant host and could no do enough to assist. This was our 2nd stay so clearly we enjoyed it.

Location, Location, Location

We first stayed in this apartment in 2019 and enjoyed it so much we came back. The tube is only a block away. We were near a grocery store, a pub, delis, restaurants, and other shops. We could walk to Edera a wonderful Italian restaurant. We love the neighborhood and the apartment.

Very nice flat, well equipped. Location is amazing, just couple minutes from tube station. M&S, bakery and cafes are all in walking distance. Eve responded promptly, easy check in and communication.

Wonderful

Loved the flat. Really clean and plenty big. Perfect for our family of four adults. Great location literally a block from Holland Park Tube Station which has nice pubs, restaurants, markets around the corner. Close access by bus or tube to all London sites or walk to Notting Hill and Kensington park. Don’t miss shopping at Notting Hill street market like in the movie. Host Eve was super nice and helpful, especially at check in. Will recommend to friends.

Stay for the location

Positives: Host was highly responsive; Great location with a two minute walk to the Central line and a ten minute walk to the Circle (red) and District Lines (yellow and green); located in a sub-neighborhood of Notting Hill with multiple pubs, tasty cafes and convenient stores; quiet with a 10 min walk to the hustle and bustle of Notting Hill. Gap: Living room furniture was tired with an uncomfortable covered futon as the couch. Flat would have felt cramped if we were stuck in there for a rainy day. Overall - Would stay again for the location, quiet, cleanliness and host.

Perfect

We arrived in Kensington not knowing any of the area. We got off the tube and almost around the corner was our rental. We were so pleased with both the area and where we were staying. Having the Tube so close was a wonderful plus! It was a pleasure to step inside and see how pretty and clean everything was, true to the photos and descriptions. The area around included restaurants ,grocery store and so many places of interest that were within walking distance. Especially loved the meal and atmosphere at The Castle , a pub right around the corner. Try not to miss Portobello Market, especially if you want a few souvenirs. Thank you Yvonne for all your directions and help, it made our stay so much easier.you were definitely a super host. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be in an area that is close to so many things of interest. Jim, Jocelyn ,John and Cynthia

We had a wonderful stay at this flat! It was tidy and clean, and steps away from the Holland Park tube and lovely food shops, and a gorgeous bookstore! It was perfectly situated for a family of 4!
