The reception people no any care about guest. I stay in 18th june to 21th june, the rooms air condition are poor, me and my partner feels like sick , because of rooms feels like very hot i ask to recption please to change the room , he change but these room also like that , i ask to recption people to manage the fan bucause the hot too much , he told me i talk to manager ,my partner was fant , i ask to recption people please manage the fan but he don,t care any things, so now i am sick ,

Worst Experience. Checking in was a nightmare, staff has bad communication skills. Had to sigh a weaver even though I booked the stay on Expedia a reputable company. Then had to deposit another £100 or can’t check in. Am thinking why didn’t I just stay at the Travelodge. Worst part when you check out you don’t receive the £100 for like 28 days, sigh in this economy. Had to do the review to warn other customers. The price is low so you think you’re saving money but you end up sending way more. A scam really

No furniture in the room, to walk through rain or cool before you can use toilets or bathroom. Since i have rented a hotels no hotels ask for deposits of £100 and to show my ID and too many smoking marijuna in building

Worst accommodation ive ever stayed in not at all like the description and pictures very unclean and smelly stains on the very uncomfortable bed and carpets the window wouldn't close so had street noise when i was trying to sleep the toilet was faulty and and my colleague in the room next to mine had a mouse in their room never going back

I been there in the hotel and the guy say u guys need to go to the another hotel and there is any thing not shown in the website of ur that its in under maintenance .then i say its ok after i been to go another hotel which was given by that rude person it take me 1 hours to find the property and after then i didnt recived the parking, and in check in the hotel and in 30 minutes i checked out because room is stinky there is no comfort in the bed and flies here and there in the tooom all over is very bad experience
