The room was upgraded for us at a very affordable rate...ALL the staff was very accommodating, seeing to our every need and we enjoyed ourselves at the bar, both cocktails and food, wonderful! All in all, a great experience.

The Rembrandt
Amazing staff, from reception to room keeping, to waiters in the restaurant, everyone is so very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and a reasonable size for central London.
