The breakfast buffet was amazing everyday. Fresh fruits and terrific coffee machines! The staff was very courteous, and the views from the Rooms, just spectacular. Very quick and efficient. I will be returning!

Marlin Waterloo
The rooms were clean and beds quite comfortable. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work in both rooms so we were too warm at night. We talked with someone about the problem and were told it would be investigated. The a/c never worked.

Premier Inn London County Hall
Sausage and eggs were not good. Coffee was good. Room was dirty and not vacuumed. Air conditioner not working at all. Bartender was poor at communicating and not helpful.
