Nice quiet hotel away from the madness that is Soho and Oxford St. very polite staff and a room upgrade for no apparent reason was a lovely gesture. No shower gel in the dispenser so glad I brought my own! All in all a nice stay, if the price is reasonable-which it was.

The hotel is at a good location, a short walk to the “Tube” and easy to get to sites. The furnishings were dated and worn. The front of the bath tub was loose and the bathroom faucet dropped.
