O café da manhã é ótimo! Os quartos são limpos e o atendimento dos colaboradores é bom. Pelo preço da diária, unico ponto que não gostei muito foi o barulho, quando amanhece os demais hóspedes começam sair para o café da manhã, as portas dos quartos só abrem e fecham com muito barulho. A noite se o hóspede do quarto ao lado conversa dá pra ouvir nitido, além do barulho da conversa no corredor e quando as camareiras estão arrumando outros quartos. Talvez um isolamento acustico resolveria isso. Do restante, foi tudo muito bom.

Ótimo hotel, limpeza impecavel e café maravilhoso

O hotel é muito bom, gostei muito do quarto e a limpeza estava impecável. Para quem tem intolerancia a glúten o café da manhã tem opções de pão e bolo que são maravilhosas. O atendimento foi muito bom, só uma questão que não ficou muito claro, quando lemos as informações do hotel tinha a opção de estacionamento e nos cobraram R$20,00 por dia. Então, como não achei essa informação com facilidade, achei melhor colocar aqui para avisar outros hospedes. Mas de resto foi tudo incrivel, ficaria todas as vezes nesse hotel.

O Hotel Cedro tem uma equipe muito atenciosa e está muito bem localizado. O quarto é muito apertado e não possui elevador, que são os pontos que poderiam ser melhores.

Posso assegurar que meu primeiro incomodo foi com a diferença de tarifa . Fiz uma reserva que o valor era de R$317,48 a diária, mas ao chegar no hotel me cobraram R$ 360,00. Como estava muito cansada pela longa jornada até Londrina, fizemos o pagamento. Tenho o email comprovando a reserva. Depois diria que o quarto precisa de mais comodidade. Não tem um lugar de apoio para a mala, a ducha do banheiro ligada a torneira, primeira vez que vejo isso, extremamente incomoda. Mas o atendimento foi muito bom. A turma do café da manha super solícitos, educados, e o café muito bom. Só mesmo a arrumação do quarto, meio abandonado e a questão da diferença da tarifa reserva/hotel. Mas eu volto.

Dentro das expectativas, no entanto dessa vez o atendimento na recepção não foi como das outras vezes, que normalmente é cordial e eficiente. Outro ponto que desta vez deixou a desejar é a limpeza dos banheiros, aparentemente foi feita de forma descuidada e sem compromisso com qualidade.

Muito bom.

Bom atendimento, precisei trocar de quarto porque estava eu, minha mãe e minha filha de 3 meses, e eu havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Solcitei para trocar de quarto para uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro e fui atendida de prontidão. Quarto bem limpo, banheiro tbm, só achamos a acomodação um pouco pequena.

O quarto era muito pequeno para acomodar três pessoas. A cama de casal tinha um dos lados colado a parede. Não tinha onde colocar as malas. O barulho externo da avenida, incomodou bastante durante a noite. O box do banheiro também era muito pequeno e os artigos de higiene pessoal eram vendidos. Não tinha sabonete, nem toca para banho.Ainda pagamos 20,00 reais pelo estacionamento.
