The person that park the cars at night or both person that parks cars there should be promoted to a better position in the hotel, he really know to make people feel well atended, he really understands about hospitality. The hotel is really good staff too. I’m happy.

Property is perfectly fine, a bit dated and not many amenities in room … have stayed there multiple times over last ten years… can’t think of a single upgrade or improvement in that time. But keep going back because location is great, staff is helpful, and price is right.

O quarto estava com cheiro de gás, e o hotel demorou cerca de 6 horas para trocar meu pai (um senhor de 67 anos, inclusive com problemas cardíacos) de quarto, mesmo após inúmeras reclamações e insistências da parte dele. No dia seguinte, meu pai acordou com os olhos inchados e extremamente fraco. Diante de uma situação tão grave, o gerente Alexandre não tomou nenhuma providência efetiva. Apenas deixou um cartão e ofereceu um possível desconto em uma futura hospedagem. Essa resposta foi completamente inadequada. Um vazamento de gás representa um risco real à vida e poderia, sim, ter levado meu pai a óbito. Após essa experiência, marcada por desrespeito, negligência e falta de responsabilidade com a segurança dos hóspedes, jamais voltaremos a nos hospedar neste hotel e também, não recomendamos já que o hotel, pouco se importa com o bem-estar dos seus hóspedes.
