We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadnā€™t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air but did not remove the humidity. The air conditioner did not shut off all night and I didnā€™t get any sleep. We only stayed there 2 of the 11 nights that we paid for. We slept on the floor at our familyā€™s home. I just couldnā€™t stay there and refused to shower even after cleaning it. The outside of the room and the parking lot had trash all over but the front side of the motel the parking lot was clean. We checked out after staying in the room for 2 nights. They knew why and didnā€™t offer any discounts.
