"Beautiful room with comfy beds and gorgeous view of pool and beach - we were in a family room, on the ground floor. All super clean, very generous with towels and 4 water bottles daily. The only downfall being the bathroom set up - common in Vietnam, where the shower wets the whole room and it takes many towels to mop it up. Very grateful the hotel has a great generator, during this blackout period. But most importantly, location, location. Cannot beat it - right on the beach, in the centre of town, down a lane filled with expat bars and other local joints (massage, laundry, smoothies etc). If this is your price point, don't hesitate to book....if you can find it available!"

"This magnificent hotel is located in the heart of Phu Quoc Island, just a short walk from the town center. It has a unique private beach and a perfect swimming pool. The staff deserves five stars for their professionalism and constant readiness to exceed expectations. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation; everything is readily available, and I won't hesitate for a second on my next visit. "Everything about this hotel was outstanding. From the views of the sea, sunset and mountains from the swimming pool and restaurant to the rooms and service. But what made this the best stay we had in Vietnam is the people. We unfortunately had an accident (not in the resort) and Vy was amazing with us. Constantly checked in while we were in hospital, arranged for our belongings to be kept safe and ensured we were always looked after on our return. Someone was always available to help us as we had restricted mobility and it was great to have Vy and her colleague’s support during a challenging time. Khang, one of the bell men that kept helping us, was also very kind and helpful. Always available to assist with a smile on his face and pride in everything he does. He even drove me across the road from the resort to collect laundry even though the buggies are usually for internal use only. Every single employee was a pleasure to interact with. We hope to visit Phu Quoc again to enjoy it in good health, and when we do there is no doubt we will stay at Lahana Resort - hoping to see you all again soon! "
