Access door to lobby locked and not unlocked on time. No ID requested at check in or validation of reservation #. Breakfast not available on time. Air condition barely worked and was very noisy, but at least it blocked out noise of elevator. "

"The service at Boston Pizza was very bad. Very slow and disorganized server and clearly was not working very hard for extra tip. We won't go back to Boston Pizza. Everything else was great"
