"Stayed for three nights, the service overall is good, swimming pool is shared with another business, the opening hour is a little too late for me, and it requires a photo of passport to verify in addition to hotel key. One day the clean lady forgot to provide bottle water, but with a phone call, they send to our room. Breakfast is okay, overall a pretty nice place to stay."

"フロントはほぼ中国語しか話せず、私たちは少ししか中国語が話せなかったのでチェックイン時に難儀しました。滞在費はチェックイン時に現金のみで支払いです。ベッドのマットレスは硬かったです。掃除の際に500mlほどの水を2本補充してくれていましたが、歯ブラシと石鹸は補充してくれませんでした。また、google mapsに記載されている住所は謝りで、正しい住所は百度の地図に載っています。"

Holiday Inn Express Beijing Shangdi by IHG

"Located in a convenient location in the heart of Shangdi / Zhongguancun. Close to great dining and shopping options. Surrounded by banks. The breakfast included in the daily charge is excellent. Very good staff - they refuse to take tips but I insisted by leaving the money on the bed when I checked out."

"CONS: The room was not very clean. The bathroom fixtures were broken and their was mildew all over the shower. We found random small bugs in the room on 2 or 3 counts. The walls have cracks and damage. Staff were also not super friendly. No one ever smiles at this hotel. PROS: very comfortable bed. Room is very quiet and black out blinds work great. Central location close to shopping and the university. Hotel and surrounding area felt very safe even at night."
