"The front desk staff at my arrival seemed a little unenthusiastic but as shifts changed it improved. Karen the evening manager in the cafe was really enjoyable and I went back the second evening as she was working rather than driving out to find something else. The grounds were stunning snd so was the little walkway to the beach . My only concern was that the bathroom floor around the toilet in room 206 could have been cleaner and the accumulation of dirty dust bunnies on the wall intake fan should be cleaned much more often. Otherwise, the room was in beautiful, clean shape very neat and very comfortable to stand and yes, I would return again in many times just staying at your facilities. "Great location, clean but hardly any heat. Upon arrival, the space heater provided in one of the bedrooms showed the temperature at 52 degrees and it barely went over 60 degrees during our stay. We contacted the property manager who said it was out of thier control and the owner controlled it, as there was no thermostat in the unit. This issue should be included in the description of the property. I owned a short term rental in Beverly for several years and allowed the renters to control the heat and AC. You have to when its 30 degrees outside. Our stay was not restful when you are awoken every few hours to put on another layer to stay warm. In fact, last night we left the unit to go to a warm bar before coming back for bed."
