Mill Falls Resort Collection at the Lake

"We came up to this area in New Hampshire for a concert. This area was quaint, but the rooms were definitely what you would expect near a beachside resort or on this case of Lakeside resort. The carpet is worn. The stairs are concrete and most of the paint is chipped off. There was a plastic spoon for some reason outside my room that stayed there for the continuation of my stay. The toilet seat had a chip on it. All that said, I thought that the staff were great and the area was fantastic, and saw that some guests had their dogs with them, which should be a great opportunity for next time. The price point was just over $500 for this room, which is expensive but on a very busy beautiful summer weekend what do you expect in such a sought after area? We will be back despite all of these rooms in the Palmer house needing an Upgrade."

"Check in and check out were easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean, but there was an odd odor in the hallways. Otherwise, the room was in good condition, the AC worked, and it was conveniently located near the outlets and the NH Bank Arena for a concert I had tickets to that night."
