Property is 15-20 minutes from Camelback ski mountain, 25 mins to Big Boulder Jack Frost, 10 minutes from Kalahari.
Family home with hot tub on outside deck. Full Kitchen equipped with Espresso maker, coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, full utensils, plates, cups etc.
Property is in a residential community loud music or parties not allowed.
*** NO SMOKING ALLOWED OF ANY KIND incl HOOKAH ON THE PROPERTY. A FINE OF $100 WILL BE APPLIED***
No parking on the lawn please.
The space
The house has a hot tub that fits up to 6-7 people right on the outside deck. Great even at night as it is secured on a high and locked deck.
It also has a big enough yard to enjoy family games outdoors.
* Please note outdoor furniture is put away and covered during winter months*
Guest access
Guests can move freely around the house and yard area
Other things to note
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED (incl HOOKAH)ON PROPERTY. A FINE OF $100 WILL APPLY. Please do not move furniture around.
Air conditioner units available during summer months
