"The hotel was clean and well appointed The staff were extremely helpful and willing. The false fire alarm at 5am was not helpful and the car park is too small for the hotel if it is fully booked."

"Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out. Shame really as we may have gone for a swim, but wouldn’t consider paying for something we couldn’t see. The room was lovely, pillows & bed were great, shower amazing Shame no air con as despite 2 fans quite a difficult nights sleep due to being so hot. Would stay again if visiting the area."

"Clean, no noise, comfortable mattress. Wish it was signposted from the train station and wish there was a pedestrian walkway to get there!"
