"The location couldnt have been better for our visit to Harvard. We were within walking distance of everything.Busline and trains were also right near. There are 4 stories and no elevator which was alot with our luggage. The stairs were steep. Breakfast had a nice variety. The rooms were acceptable. The staff was very friendly."

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "

The hotel itself is brand new, with a great atmosphere and a modern, welcoming feel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day. One of the highlights of our stay was the amenities. The gym is well-equipped and impressive, but the game room and playroom really stood out, especially since I was traveling with my son. We had an amazing time there, and it was a big part of what made our trip so enjoyable. The valet service was also excellent—quick, professional, and very convenient. If I had one suggestion, it would be to include breakfast or expand the options a bit, especially for kids. We had breakfast once, and while the pancakes were very good, the overall menu felt a bit limited for families. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service, beautiful facilities, and a family-friendly environment. Highly recommend!"
