"I much enjoyed the pool which was indoor more for labps. However the atmosphere was relaxed and I was advised by staff when it would be less crowded. There were lots of cheery touches including check in greeting with nice beverages."

"As a family of four staying for one night, we just needed somewhere to rest our heads, so we didn't expect much from the hotel. In the short time we spent there, we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities, food and above all else, the excellent staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly faces. The reception desk staff joked with the children, offered them sweets and brought out goody bags upon check-in. Whilst we were waiting in the foyer, the porters brought out a set of rings for my children to choose from and keep. I have to praise Angel in particular; she was very helpful when checking in and booking breakfast. Also, she was great with my daughter, and as we headed out to dinner, she told her that if she ate all her food, she would give my daughter a bag of chocolate. We returned once Angel had already finished her shift, but when we checked out the next day, Angel kept her word and treated my daughter to a bag of chocolate. The staff here really made a very short stay in a very busy season extremely enjoyable. Thanks all x"

"Great stay within ten minutes walk to London Eye snd Westminster. Check in was tedious but the concierge staff made up for this. Travelled with my child and felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel is within two minutes walk to Lambeth tube station so easy access to all parts of London"

"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."
