"Very family friendly hotel with a common playspace in lobby, microwave + fridge in studio room, great blackout shades. The issue we had was on housekeeping on our final day -- the room didn't get cleaned until 8p despite multiple pings and us being out of the room all morning and afternoon"

"Perfect location. 1 minute walk to the tube where you can take it to most attractions, although the city is very walkable. Pervez (Doorman) made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the front door. Room was clean and well stocked. Loved the historic architecture of the building."
