"I loved the location of the hotel! It's great access to walk to the London city hall area and all of the attractions there. It's also pretty close walking distance to the underground and bus options. Love the food options that are about a 7 minute walk away from the hotel. The restaurant/bar was great with excellent cocktails and food. I was a bit disappointed that there was no early check in availabe. I left my bags with the concierge which is a great service and left to watch a show then when I came back at 5 pm they needed to check to see if my room was ready. It was supposed to be available at 3:00 pm. It was available luckily but the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly. There was grass and small debris around the bed and in the carpet in general. The carpet had stains as well as the white curtains. The shower was clogged so I would shower in 2-3 inches of water which was gross. The bed was comfortable and clean. The AC was amazing and so were the toiletries and amenities available."

"I had a double bed room with a large balcony overlooking the Rotherhithe pier and across the Thames, Canary Wharf pier. It was a really nice touch having the balcony as the hotel was/is currently facing issues with their ac system not working around the hotel so I could leave my balcony door open for cool air as I slept. I did not have breakfast so I cannot speak on that. My room had bits of dirt here and there but nothing too crazy to complain to the staff about. Staff are friendly and helpful. Due to the convenience of staying right across from Canary Wharf (and it being a 2/3 minute boat ride away (free for guests staying at the A&O), I would definitely recommend staying here as I am already planning my next trip back."
