Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. "A modern and well decorated property in a quiet and convenient location.Draw back for us was we were 2 couples (advertised as 4 person accommodation) but the second bedroom has a single bed only suitable for 1 person so you need to makeup and use pull out lounge as second large bed and that was not suitable for 2 couples. Also the heating is water controlled and even thogh host was contacted by us to get instructions on it's use, no reply was received. (Some units eventually worked but not...

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"Lovely hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful - told us what times the spa and restaurant will be more busy and the best time to go. Steam room wasn't working unfortunately. Restaurant food was nice and buffet food was standard. Was good that vegan alternative milk was available too. "

Quick break in the Cotswold’s

"A great location only 1.5 miles from Chipping Norton. Lovely Cotswold village we stayed on a Sunday night but found it hard to get a taxi or uber so we decided to eat at the hotel limited menu and lack of atmosphere in main restaurant. The following day had a great breakfast buffet. We had a studio room with a full kitchen and a golf view but we didn’t use it as it was a quick visit the outside patio was huge with table chairs and lounger’s. Would definitely go back. The only thing missing is a swimming pool which they are looking to have. Overall a great experience. "

"Large bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. Only downside was that I’d hoped to book a massage in the spa whilst my husband was in a meeting, but when I rang to book before arriving, I was told it was closed on Mondays. When I mentioned it at checkout, I was told it was open! "
