"Fantastic place to stay when in Longyearbyen. Place was spotless and room although basic was very comfortable. Shared bathrooms were very well equipped with really good showers and they were always clean. Breakfast had good selection and bar area was a really nice place to relax"

"Had a super lovely stay at the Basecamp Hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, lovely and cosy atmosphere at the hotel with great breakfast. It was quiet and located conveniently. Absolutely recommend staying there."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and provide a good variety of freshly prepared food. The only funny issue was the tv stations (in English) did not match the content. BBC presented American crime series while CNN followed live police events in various countries. If we return to Longyearbyen we will stay at the Vault."
