"Enjoyed our stay in this well set up cottage. Travelled with 99 year old mother, so great place to sit and watch the world go by and the tide come in. The solid bannister, movement sensitive lights on the landing were perfect as was the abundance of hot water. The kitchen is compact and has everything you could need to cook up a storm and the radiator in the lounge was perfect to keep it cosy for morning & night. Jonathon was on the ball, helpful and timely in his communication. Would love toco e back. "

"We had a really lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The room and living spaces were gorgeous and super comfy, and the gardens were just so pretty and peaceful. A big thank you to Rich and Jonny, whose hospitality was kind, warm, and genuine—it made us feel completely at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived. "The property is easy to find as soon as you walk inside the door you feel at home bed and bedroom very comfortable breakfast was excellent both owners so friendly if your going to looe you must stay here. "

"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"
