"Although the hotel entrance may be a bit confusing as it sits at an awkward angle from the street, it is conveniently right by the freeway entrance and worked out well for us. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is welcoming and the heated pool and spa are exceptional. There's plenty of free parking. Jeannie and others in the breakfast dining room are so very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the breakfast of scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, "make your own pancakes," and varieties of cereals, fruit, pastries etc. And you can even take your breakfast to your room or sit outside by the pool. Check in is easy provided you do your self check in prior to arrival. The only thing we didn't expect was that room service (cleaning your room, providing clean towels etc.) only occurs every third day. So, if you stay only two days, you won't have that room service. Of course, you can always request clean towels etc. at the front desk. "

"Breakfast and breakfast staff were good . Room was clean, my issue was the bathtub got clogged after 1 use.. there was also a leak with the bottom faucet .. .i told the receptionist and she didnt care and pretty much just ignored me"

"First night fire alarm went off at 12:30 am and then again around 7 am. One of the two rooms we had did not have a closet. We had to hang our clothes on one of those mobile racks like the ones you use when bringing your luggage to your room. It, the folding rack to lay an open luggage on and the flimsy ironing board was always in the way. Headboard in one bed squeaked every time you moved. "

"Lovely property in a beautiful area. I will definitely go again. The host is VERY responsive. We had an issue and he was right on top of it. Really appreciated that. The only downside to this property is it is in the flight path of the airport, so if you aren’t an early bird, probably not the place for you. "

"It was an awesome stay. Great place near the private beach which was the best. Walk about 2 blocks up. It was very quiet, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Loved the private area.
