"We had a wonderful stay. There was an issue with the heater not working when we arrived. However, the host was quick to respond and within an hour had made alternate arrangements for heat that worked fine. While the place was clean and nice inside, the outside needs some work. The ramp up to the front of the cabin, as well as the porch, is in need of repair. Also, while an easy walk to downtown, the site IS NOT on the beach, in the mountains, or on the waterfront as the site info states."

"The property is beautiful! It was very clean and the cabin was spacious though homey! You can squeeze 3 cars in the parking area, nearby parking for more cars if needed. Its a 5min drive to downtown eastsound which has plenty of things to explore, 20min from the Ferry, and 30min from Mt Constitution summit viewpoint. The communication with the host was fast and easy. "Super sweet views of the water, islands, & sky. Very nice private beach, and peaceful setting. The kitchen is well equipped. Bed was comfortable, couch and chairs were comfortable. The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. "This is an amazing cottage in a great neighborhood. Everything was very clean, extremely comfortable and wonderfully equipped. We walked down to the water to watch the sunsets and even saw a fox cross the road and six deer in the yard. We'll definitely be back."

"We enjoyed our stay here. You can tell there is a lot of love that goes into maintaining the house and the gardens. The gardens were especially lovely with everything starting to bloom. One thing I would suggest is more night lighting, especially around the stairs in the master bedroom and living room. My mom (age 77) took a tumble (she was OK!) because she missed the stair leading down into the bedroom and I think some extra night lighting around the stair area would have helped with that."
