"Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. There’s a small wetland on the property, so if you’re there in the early spring, the frogs will be peeping! There are chairs on the porch and lawn. I’m in the area regularly to visit family, so I will definitely be back!"

"Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. "
