Staff were very kind and helpful. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast has a good amount of variety and was replenished frequently. The 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby was a nice bonus. I also enjoyed the small gym and cold filtered water. Only complaint I had was of the 3 days I spent here, 2 of them had the pool and hot tub completely shut down for cleaning. I was looking forward to it given I stayed during a winter snow storm and had limited options outdoors to enjoy.

Kyle was great, very friendly and helpful! The bed was hard as a rock, the pull out couch was horrendous. The couch was so deformed even with the bed closed up you could visibly see the cushions slouching. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch even though there were 3 of us listed on the reservation. Breakfast was nice with plenty options.

This hotel is on the top of our list from now on. This was our first stay here and we are so glad we gave this hotel a try. The breakfast has something for everyone! (Gluten free and dairy free items ) All of the staff were very helpful and rooms were clean.

Great family stay

We rented the 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. It was very spacious for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was very good and convenient. Basketball court, putting course and indoor pool and jacuzzi were great amenities. Several food and dessert options were within walking distance. Bed and pillows were a bit soft. Wonderful stay overall!

We had a great weekend stay, the bed was very comfortable, there was sushi and starbucks in walking distance, and the indoor pool was clean and not too crowded. clean and good space within the entire building.

i guess I misread the description..just got a queen bed instead of king,husband a big guy .the bathroom was ok with mobility access as requested, although the floor remains very slippery after the shower , so I had to be very careful not to slip . however, everything was clean and we were comfortable knowing that.

Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and smelled great! Unfortunately, the hot tub/whirlpool was broken, and the "heated" pool was not very warm. Though the pool was empty when we arrived, there was Some dirty aspects from people having been around the pool, including a used band-aid.

Very good experince. Went with whole family (three kids under 5) and the pool and hot tob were a hit, the breakfast was better than average, and the room was clean with comfortable beds and sofa-bed.
