"This is a fantastic hotel, our room had the biggest and best bed we have had! Room was lovely, clean and very comfortable. there is an excellent roof top bar with wonderful staff. Will most definitely stay here again. Cannot recommend enough!"

"Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day."

"A lovely stay in the centre of Lille. The front views were great for people watching as the city came to life as the hours went by In the morning. Coffee on the terrace was a wonderful experience. Aswell as the rooms being cosy and compact. The shower was excellent and very powerful. Even though there was no AC the Fan left in the room done an excellent job of keeping us cool during the night whilst being quiet enough for us to have a great nights sleep. Overall experience very good and staff were always pleasant throughout our stay."

"Very nice room, clean and quiet. The staff were great, very welcoming and available. As we don’t speak French, and the staff working were limited in their English, I had some difficulty understanding instructions. But they were patient, and it was fine. Great location, walking distance to the train station, and there were many sights to see within the area. We had dinner one night at the restaurant bar and it was very good. They also have some great sgnature drinks! We would definitely stay here again, should we return to Lille."

"We staying in the XXL which came with 2 double beds and 1 double sofa bed. The 2 double beds and sofa bed we're separated by a wall and sliding door. The room was a good size and the bathroom clean. The walk in shower was excellent. The air con was good in the main room (sofa bed) but we found the separate room (2 double beds) was quite warm because of the heatwave. The beds were comfy. There was plenty of parking spaces and the hotel looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The on site bar and restaurant were very good. We were very pleased with our stay."
