"Our second year here. Superb location right on the sand dunes only 10 mins walk to Merlimont Plage beach. Perfect holiday with our Dog. From Merlimont (which is very quiet and not a lot going on) it is a 90 min walk on the sand to either Le Touquet or Berck sur Mer. Also the property manager, Michael was very attentive. He responded straight away when we had difficulty finding the UK TV channels and came out and reset the satellite for the TV."

"1. Apartment was on 2nd floor which was too high for my 67 year old dad to climb. Booking did not mention which floor we would get or we would have chosen another hotel. 2. Even though our booking requested stay for 4 adults and 3 children, Hotel was set up for 5 guests as it had 5 beds, 5 teaspoons, 5 forks and 5 knives only. 3. Disappointing
"Change of ownership seems to have reduced the quality of service. The hob and pans would not work as they had not been cleaned properly to work with induction. The hairdryer had been removed from the bathroom - had to go to reception to request a loan and told to return to reception. Breakfast was a very poor offering - no fresh baguettes, only over cooked petit pain etc etc. Toaster, but no sliced bread - very disappointing. Lots of money spent on decor, but at a cost to the quality of the experience."
