Un hôtel entretenu avec de faibles moyens. Un service sympathique et disponible. Attention lors d'une prestation normale, nous avons les codes d'entrée sur la confirmation de réservation. Chez vous ce n'est pas le cas. On a dû téléphoner en pleine nuit. Ceci dit nous avons eu un charmante jeune fille au téléphone qui a assuré le service. Merci pour votre accueil.

This property was nothing like it shows up online. It’s an old motel without heat water or heat, the rooms and beds looks so old. It shows online that the reception stays open until 11pm, we’ll I checked i. At 9pm there was no one. It’s pitch black from outside and inside. It looks like they closed for business. I finally find a phone number on the door to call the person who directed me where to get the keys. I walked in to the room it was freezing and water was cold. weather was so cold and raining outside so the next day I complained about the water that was really my main concern Because I couldn’t take cold showers and they said you have to wait until past 12pm for warm water and that wasn’t true. I ended up leaving a day before my checkout time because I couldn’t take it anymore and there never any one to talk to.

Bastava offrirci un caffè e non fare discussioni..

Struttura vecchia in zona industria lavorazione del pesce con tanti gabbiani rumorosi per tutta la notte. Reception nella norma all'arrivo, vedi sotto per la partenza… Camera vecchia con vista bidoni dell'immondizia del ristorante (ed infatti oltre ai gabbiani che ci hanno tenuto svegli ci hanno pensato anche gli addetti della nettezza urbana sotto la nostra camera). Alla finestra, zona interno camera, due mosche morte da tempo ci accolgono in camera. Lato positivo il bagno ampio ma pulizia da migliorare con una vasca ampia ma con tendone come le docce di una volta. Sul sito Hotels.com viene dichiarata la presenza di aria condizionata in camera ma ne abbiamo già segnalato la mancanza ed Hotels.com sta provvedendo all'aggiornamento dei servizi disponibili in hotel. La mattina dopo la receptionist ci fa pagare la tassa di soggiorno anche per nostra figlia di anni 15. Facciamo presente che in Francia non la paga e facciamo vedere alla direttrice (la receptionist della sera prima) che sul sito del comune di Lorient c'è proprio la possibilità di calcolare la tassa di soggiorno e viene proprio indicatoal'esclusione della tassa sotto i 18 anni di età. La Sig.a ci dice che per il comune di Lorient a 12 anni si è considerati adulti. Le rifacciamo vedere il sito del comune di Lorient che dice che in Francia si è adulti a 18 anni ma, voltando la testa altrove, ci dicono che il comune ha loro detto che la tassa è dai 12 anni in su. Ribadiamo legge di Lorient! Non serve a nulla parlare!!!

Quand on est arrivé on avait un code pour entrer qui ne servait à rien parce que la porte ne ferme pas. La clé était sur une table a l entré n importe qui peux entrer et se servir. La chambre était à peu près propre mais les sommiers sont déchirés l aspect de la chambre pas terrible. Bref le ne le conseil à personne. Les photos sur votre site n ont rien à voir avec la réalité beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c est

univers de la fermeture

nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet hôtel afin de découvrir la Bretagne l’hôtel est certes un peu vétuste et manque cruellement de modernité néanmoins le propreté est irréprochable le ménage est fait chaque jour les hôteliers sont sympathiques et le rapport qualité prix en adéquation. nous recommandons donc cet établissement pour les petits budgets.

L'accueil est sympathique. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable. Le restaurant pour le diner offre des plats simples de qualité et bons. Le WiFi n'est pas très bon malheureusement: un peu lent.
