In the heart of the city center, on the top floor of the building (5th floor with elevator), this apartment, like "a house on the roof," features a light-filled 40 m² living room with a kitchen opening onto two furnished and landscaped terraces. The main terrace faces south with a privileged, unobstructed urban view (outdoor table, garden furniture, sun loungers, electric barbecue, etc.), and there is also a WC/laundry room. The upper floor features a large, furnished mezzanine, offering a study area ideal for concentration or creativity, and two elegant bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x200 cm), and the other with two single beds (90 cm wide, which can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200 cm)), ensuring peaceful and restful nights. There is also a bathroom (shower, bathtub, and toilet).

The apartment has electric roller shutters. A TV is provided in the living room (satellite, with nearly 200 French and international channels), and another in the master bedroom. A safe is also provided. Guests have access to a shared garden and secure parking for one car.
