"Excellent location just outside of the city center for those who enjoy a little peace and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was strong. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order during our stay and there was an unpleasant odor from the bathroom, likely due to the plumbing system, but nothing to do about that. The staff were kind and helpful, and the pool is a real perk after a long day of walking and exploring. The included breakfast was very good and substantial by Italian standards. The restaurant and bar are adequate, but there are plenty of more affordable options in the immediate area."

"Nice hotel. Room was small, but clean and comfy. Food was vonvenient and breakfast was included. It was a great spread with lots of good choices. Easy to get taxis from there. Ristorante Arno was an enjoyable experience."

"Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the staff was wonderful to us! They took our luggage to the room upon arrival and shuttled us to town. The grounds are beautiful. Next time we would stay longer! We hired a taxi and went to a small winery that was a great experience. St Agnes’s farm. You need a reservation. Fantastic wines!!"

"An unforgettable stay in Tuscany!** Our stay at Borgo San Felice was truly incredible from beginning to end. From the moment our private driver picked us up at the train station and brought us through the beautiful Tuscan countryside to the resort, everything felt seamless and special. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking pictures truly don’t do it justice. We enjoyed dinner on the property, a wonderful couples massage, a private wine tour and tasting, and a relaxing pool day. We especially loved the live piano music in the evenings; it added such a romantic and elegant touch to the entire experience. The service was one of the highlights of our stay. A special shout-out to **Herman at the pool**, who was always attentive and completely on point with everything we needed. We also had an amazing experience at **Poggio Rosso**, where **Matia provided top-notch service** and made our Michelin-starred dinner feel even more memorable. Every detail from the beautiful grounds and peaceful atmosphere to the food, wine, spa, and exceptional hospitality—made our time here unforgettable. Borgo San Felice gave us exactly the Tuscany experience we were hoping for and more. We absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹🍷✨"
