"Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. "

"Our room was very nice, exactly as advertised. Great communication with the host. He let us check in after hours which was what we needed. The only major downside was there wasn't very much lighting to get in at night and there were a lot of locks to do in the dark. "

"I came here for a show at Howard theater, which was super convenient. The area is super fun with so many bars as the perfect place. Tons of nightlife easy to get to u St. Metro is just a block walk. "Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

"This location could not be better for a stay in Georgetown. I stayed for a week and walked to cafes, shops, parks, historic sites, Georgetown University. The place is well stocked and comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. "

"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
