"Always a quiet neighborhood and the apartment a place to rest and relax in between sight seeing in DC. The owners were always available to answer any questions and meet any needs we had. We were provided with a safe place to park and also leave our car when we used Uber, which we highly recommend!! While there were neighbors above us, no sound ever came through into our apartment. "Property overall was really good. However, it would have been nice to have more bath towels and some washcloths. Also pool towels would have been nice."

"A lovely flat with lots of windows and comfortable surroundings. Caroline was easy to reach and very helpful. She even ran over a baby gate for the two-year-old in our group. Only comment would be that the "double beds" in the living room was a recliner couch that really didn't work well as a bed. There was an air mattress available, but our twenty-something chose to sleep on the couch as is. The P6 bus was right outside the door and got us around well."

"This was such a lovely property. It is actually the whole bottom level of a home occupied by the owners upstairs. They were super gracious and kind. Even invited us to join them for dinner our first night there. The place was cozy, well-stocked and had everything we needed. And the backyard is surrounded by an amazing vegetable and flower/plant garden. We were able to bring our dog and there was plenty of beautiful neighborhood to walk in. "We had a great time during spring break in this rental. It was large enough for our family of 5 in a clean, safe environment just over the bridge from downtown DC. Our boys loved being so close to DC landmarks and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The building is currently being renovated and looks like the updates will be amazing."
