"We had a wonderful stay! The property was beautiful, very clean, and incredibly quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. Our room had everything we needed and was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The host was available through WhatsApp and always responded promptly whenever we had questions. They were also very accommodating when we requested a room change because my husband was unable to manage the stairs. Their kindness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!"

"The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong. Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner continually gave us nasty looks every time she saw us. She even walked into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and we had the do not disturb on. On the balcony, the kitchen vent was there and it was loud with an overwhelming food orders. We were moved the next day. Second room was much better on the balcony, but the shower spit water all over the bathroom. The safe would not open and after a day out WITH DO NOT disturb on, there was an opened bag of M&Ms on the shelf. We decided we didn't want to move again so we made good with what we had. The restaurant messed up my dinner one night (avocado salad with chicken.. But no chicken but I just settled, however the salad was salted heavily.. No way to eat that) and the kitchen was closed so I was stuck dipping into my husband's plate and then we had to Uber to the market so I would not be hungry all night. No apology at all. The waiter said.. chicken is extra. Ok, so what I ordered it and it was an add on option."
