"Convenient location. Just as pictured. It can sleep 3 but the sleeper couch is not the most comfortable. It could extra blankets so that the 3rd person can actually have something to cover up with as well. Beyond that everything was great and I would most definitely opt to stay there again."

"The host did not clearly communicate the check-in process. He said he would meet me at the property, but an hour before check-in, he sent the pin to unlock the door. "Needed last minute accommodations and this was available. Was exactly what I needed - comfortable and clean. Wish there was more light for the shower area. While pet friendly place - the property had a little relief area and a hose which helped to wash my pets paws, the neighborhood is not convenient for walking my small dog - narrow sidewalks and overgrown weedy areas and doesn't seem proper pick up after their dogs in the neighborhood. "

"I needed a place close to my parents and we were exactly just across the street 2 houses down! This was a remarkable place! It was exactly as described! Such a comforting home with a pool! We were close to all the events in LA and Pasadena! We got to spend a couple of days by the pool, which was amazing! The host was gracious and accommodating. Next year we plan on staying here! The location was perfect for my needs, as I was attending an event at Brookside at the Rose Bowl. The drive was quick and convenient, making it easy to come and go. "I loved everything about Nonette’s ADU. It was the perfect size to relax and catch up with my three boys. They loved the place so much, they barely wanted to leave to explore L.A. The proximity to entertainment and site seeing was perfect as well. I give it a 10 out of 10 for my entire rental experience. "

"Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean. Room came with a mini fridge and the TV had Bluetooth capabilities so I could stream music from my phone. Built in I/O panel for the TV next to the desk so other devices could be hooked up and streamed to the TV. Waterfall shower head and handheld shower head for a nice scrubbing experience. Plenty of towels in the room. Bed was cozier than some other hotels I’ve stayed at but more firm than what I’m used to so I woke up with small aches. The thermostats time was off by almost a full day. Woke up at 2AM to a warm room because the thermostat thought it was 4PM of the next day. Staffing at the bar in the 2nd floor was a little sparse for a Friday night but the Ahi Tuna Wontons were amazing, 10/10. Be careful though if you’re not a fan of spice. Views from the 7th floor weren’t anything to sneeze at but it gave me a nice perch to people watch from above. All in all, my stay was very enjoyable and I’m definitely looking to book this hotel for my next weekend in LA."

"Beautiful property. No complaints besides the $300 a night incidental fee. It would have been nice to know about it prior to check in. Heads up regarding an iron and ironing board, they are not located in the room. However, a simple call to guest services and it was delivered. Staff pleasant, clean rooms, beautiful property. I would stay here again. "

"The hotel was great, they offered a free shuttle to the union station which we used to then catch the metro up to Dodgers stadium. Much more convenient than paying for parking at the stadium and dealing with that traffic as well. The service was great at the hotel and it was really clean. Will definitely recommend."
