Comfortable beds and bedding and upscale bathroom. I like that there are two pools to chose from and a large hot tub, and food and drinks served at each, the guest can use the workout facility and spa at no charge, elegant property with manicured landscaping, winding paths, a great bar with inside and outside space, free coffee and tea in the morning, good breakfast place, and a relaxing place to stay where we come back to year after year when visiting our daughter who lives in LA. There are many things to do in Pasadena and great restaurants. My daughter calls it Buckingham Palace.

EXCELLENT STAFF , ROOM WAS UPSCALE , we only rented two queens thought it was great for one night . The food was very average at the Hideaway Bar , Didn't get a chance to try any other food , Will definitely try again . Parking attendants were very friendly , everyone went beyond and above so thanks USA you know what customer service really is ! Travelling from CANADA

I liked the staff was there to help at all times I loved the bathroom water pressure and the bed was amazing very comfortable room the bar and all restaurants were great what I didn’t like all the kids in both pools the throwing balls it was a fraternity pool party there were 10 kid in hot tub with parents just not in or even around I wanted an adult pool / hot tub time with my wife
