Stay steps from the water on Naples Island. This 1,925 sq ft, 2-story home sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The canals are 100 yards away, the bay and beach 300 yards, and 2nd Street's shops and dining are a block away. Evenings are for the fenced backyard with a fire pit, BBQ and outdoor dining.

The Space
Great for families: a fenced backyard, pack 'n play, high chair and kids' dinnerware are all here. Downstairs: one bedroom with a Queen bed and one with a King bed. Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and the primary suite with a King bed. Central A/C cools the main living area and downstairs bedrooms; the two upstairs bedrooms have window A/C units, though they're usually not needed this close to the ocean. There are 4 TVs with cable and Netflix: in the den (55"), the living room, the downstairs King bedroom and the upstairs 2-Queen bedroom.

The Neighborhood
Naples Island is only 4 blocks from the beachside community of Belmont Shore, "the Shore" to locals. It's hugged by water, with the Pacific Ocean to the south, Alamitos Bay to the east and Marine Stadium to the north. Kite surfers love the ocean breezes, and the calm bay is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing and boating. 2nd Street has great restaurants, boutiques, spas and nightlife.

Guest Access & Parking
Guests have full access to the house. One garage space fits a standard car, and larger vehicles can park in the alley spot directly behind the garage. Street parking on Naples is limited, so having your own spot is a big plus. A slow-speed EV charger is available (about 7 miles of range per hour).

Check-in
Self check-in with a keypad on the door. The full set of keys with the garage door opener will be inside the house.

Getting Around
Everything is within walking distance. Park in the garage and walk to the bay, the beach or 2nd Street.

Other Things to Note
The house is stocked for the beach with chairs, towels, an umbrella and sand toys. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking at home, and there's a propane barbecue on the backyard patio.
