2/10 Terrible

The house was very clean, well furnished, well stocked with cooking utensils, close to groceries and coffee shops, and nicely located opposite a park. I would give 5 stars for the property and the stay itself. I am however very displeased with the platform used to communicate with the host

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was super cute, clean and comfortable. We were walking distance to Whole Foods and coffee. The park across the street was clean and convenient. If we’re in town again, we’d definitely stay here.

Nice Santa Monica stay!

This was a cute Santa Monica bungalow that was perfect for a girls weekend. Four adults stayed comfortably at the property and it was centrally located to get to Santa Monica and Venice. The property was clean and the host responsive.

Santa Monica Gem

We were delighted to find this house in Santa Monica! The location was great, the home is beautifully remodeled, impeccably clean and the beds are so comfy. And, the park across the street was a perfect place to bring our granddaughter.

Convenient and clean

This was the perfect property for my six day stay. Ideally located to the west side and Beverly Hills where most of my appointments were located. I wish there had been more places to store my belongings, but other than that, all went well.

Quick trip to LA

Lovely home, clean and as described and in photos. Bedrooms are small, no dressers, one stand for hanging clothes. Ok since our stay was short. Living area and kitchen are large, comfortable with lots of natural light. Great location. would stay here again. Beds were really comfortable.

Great Location!

Really enjoyed this suburban feel, but easy access to Highway 10 for day trips. Modern and contemporary private home with spacious full kitchen, laundry, parking and courtyard. Host was flexible and welcoming! Across from a lovely park and Whole Foods around the block. Small closet, but spacious updated bathroom! Will come back if given opportunity!

Felt at home

This is a very comfortable place to stay that lived up to its reviews and photos. The hosts were super responsive and the house had everything we needed. I wish we could’ve done more cooking because the kitchen is very nicely updated and exceptionally well equipped. But, we did use the fireplace (as our visit was January and the morning temps were a bit chilly) and it gave it an at-home feel! Also, with the crazy parking in LA, it was nice to have our own driveway. We would most definitely stay here again!

A gem in Santa Monica

My wife and I have just returned from our third stay at this property and it reminded us as to why we return again and again. From communicating with Yvonne, the host, to how the home was prepared for us, to the living and sleeping space, it was simply a great experience--perhaps the best VRBO experience we have had this time and in our previous visits. As times are available we plan to return again and again. Finally, a special thank you to Yvonne for making her place feel like a second home.
