Kim is simply an amazing host! The place was perfect for me and my buddy Frank(dog)! The backyard space is amazing! There is a table and chairs and plenty of beautiful plants. Amazing food is right around the corner. You will not be disappointed, thanks Kim!!

A little quiet pocket in the middle of the big city is exactly what you get here. The entrance is a bit tight but it gives way to a room that really opens up. The immediate access to a washer and drier are also really nice. To finish things off you get a whole yard to yourself where you and a friend can sit down and talk about life over a drink. Relatively close to the LA Convention Center too which came in super clutch for our Anime Expo plans.
