One of the key reasons we book to stay here is because it feels like coming home - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and outside areas are great, the rooms are very comfortable and it's also just a short distance to the Citadel Outlets.

Very close to Citadel outlets (walking distance) Very quiet at night. Comfy beds. Staff was very nice. Room does not have a microwave and a fridge however staff brought us one up to the room very nice of them.

We stayed here with a large trailer and it was very convenient they had non problem with us having the pull behind trailer. Very convenient location with the outlet mall right next door with food court. Would definitely stay here again, would have liked to try their pool looked nice and peaceful. All the staff was very nice and helpful held our luggage too

First time in LA and I didn’t even know there was an outlet mall right next to us! The staff were so nice, even recommended us some food spots in downtown and gave us lots of cookies lol. We had a car and parking was relatively cheap compared to other hotels. I loved the gym, was very suprised with the equipment and the room was clean. Overall, 9/10 and would come back!

The room I stay the sheets where dirty. The staff very friendly. Parking you have to pay for parking $18. But they need to change the mattress for the sofa bed u can feel the wire very uncomfortable

Let me start by saying this hotel is wonderful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The only downside for us was being on the second floor next to the elevators. We heard it all night. We will be back again.
