Our Eichler home, designed by renowned architect Claude Oakland, showcases post-and-beam construction, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and tongue-and-groove ceilings with original stain. The floors are concrete and original terrazzo, while the walls feature mahogany and Eichler siding. The kitchen and bathrooms have been thoughtfully renovated, blending modern amenities with the home’s iconic design.

An internal atrium enhances the seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The backyard oasis features a saltwater pool with a Baja entry (heatable), an oversized jacuzzi (usable year-round), a gas fire pit, a built-in BBQ with counter and sink, an outdoor shower, and a modern treehouse.

Nestled in a quiet Thousand Oaks neighborhood on a large private lot backing to open space, the home offers a serene setting with frequent visits from rabbits, birds, and even our neighbors’ goats! Evenings are perfect for stargazing by the pool or cozying up by the fire pit.

For those who love to cook, the Jennair built-in fridge and stove elevate the experience. Traveling with little ones? We provide a kid’s bed with toys, a Pack ’n Play, and a high chair.
