Fantastic sea view apartment in historic building with free parking

  • Located right in the heart of downtown Long Beach. Just a few minutes away from Junipero Beach and walking distance to a wide array of restaurants and shops.

    Fully remodeled 4th floor studio featuring brand new wood flooring, designer furniture, custom french shutters and vintage charm. Great for long or short business trips or getaways. Just a 2 block walk to the beach and convention center. Great restaurants downstairs and nearby, entertainment, and tourist attractions. Close to LAX and LGB. Washer/dryer on-site and a balcony with ocean views to enjoy your morning coffee. Free parking space in a secure parking lot right around the corner from the building.
