Fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes towels, shampoo and Neutrogena baTH GET linens, beach towels etc.. Guest house with own parking and private entrance. Best VRBO ever!!

The view and grounds were beautiful! Exactly like advertised! We woke up every morning refreshed due to the premiere bed and sheets! Several sliding glass doors that allowed you to view the ocean and hear the waves crash on the beach! We can’t wait to go back and stay in the same house! 5 stars!!

Dream vacation in Malibu

A great time

A nice place to stay in beautiful West Malibu, which is my favorite of town. The home was furnished nice and clean with a BBQ grill, the kitchen was fully stocked with the necessary utensils. Olivia made the process to get in very easy, I will definitely be back.

Anniversary Trip

We were on vacation in Southern California for a week and were lucky enough to be able to spend our first two nights in this beautiful home. Our host was gracious and left water, beer and wine for our enjoyment. The bed was super comfortable and the views were amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.

Malibu Weekend Wedding

This beautiful, luxury condo provided extraordinary comfort and relaxation! My wife and I woke up to stunning views of the ocean overlooking Broad Beach and we were conveniently located about 1/2 mile from grocery, and a charming brewery.

Quick Malibu getaway

Had a great experience during our brief two night stay. Location is fantastic. We were there during the heavy rains so we didn’t get to enjoy the views or the spa. Would stay here again.

Excellent Malibu experience

We came away wishing we had planned a longer stay here. The property is very beautiful, easily accessed, clean and very well-equipped. I like to cook and was pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen had everything I needed. It is close to the highway, but you can still hear the ocean and the noise didn't bother us at all. We had a great time and would come back here in a heartbeat.

Absolute Gem

Olivia's place is a slice of heaven. Between the stunning views (the balcony is ideal for a lovely dinner) and the peaceful location, it was difficult to leave! Olivia is the perfect hostess, with thoughtful touches. By far the very best VRBO experience. And, everything was spotless! It’s such an ideal location!

Gorgeous views

Phenomenal views both inside and out. Very clean and spacious. It is close to everything- beach, restaurants, grocery but just enjoying the beautiful secure grounds is a treat. Olivia has thought of everything you may need and was readily available for any recommendations. Will stay here again next time we are passing through.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed at Olivia’s. The first time was in December 2019. We love the location with beautiful views of the Pacific and the surrounding mountains.

My Happy Place

We could not of been happier with our stay. We had views of the Pacific Ocean, and the morning swimmers and surfers, from the bedroom, living/dining area, and kitchen windows. I especially enjoyed beginning and ending the day on the adjacent deck, listening to the waves, watching the sunset, this was my happy place. The picture’s of the home are accurate, but don’t fully capture how lovely the guest house is. Thank you Olivia! Paul and Monica Woodward!

Beautiful

It was my husband and I. We stayed for six days and will definitely return. Property was exactly as described and beautiful. The welcome basket and robes were a plus and well received.The beach is directly across the street and we would walk in the morning and evening on the beach. Great grocery store down the road and easy to get around on the highways.

Living in a Dream

My husband and I spent 3 days at Olivia’s beautiful guesthouse. It felt like a dream looking in all directions and seeing the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. The guesthouse has everything to make you feel at home. We especially loved the fireplace because it was a little chilly and rainy during part of our stay and the fireplace was much appreciated. We also enjoyed the spa and enjoyed walking around her beautiful landscaped property. It was a most enjoyable stay and Olivia is very wonderful host.

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. Larger, better equipped, nicer views, and views from every room. It’s just of PCH so maybe but nosier than I expected but I enjoyed being so close to the ocean. It was a total “wow” for me.

Perfect stay in Malibu

This property was probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The view of the Pacific was amazing and we were so close to some of the best beaches in Malibu. Starbucks and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The property was very clean, with lots of towels and bed sheets. Welcome basket with beer and wine was a nice way to start our stay. We really enjoyed using the beach chairs and shovels/baskets for the beach. There is sun block spray and some other toiletries in case you forget to pack some. We used the pool and hot tub and the water was clean and a comfortable temperature. I can go on and on. Olivia was super helpful and nice, I would absolutely stay here again!
