Enjoy a Cozy 1 Bedroom / Bath apartment. A simple and basic place in a very quiet building, in a Central Location. Nothing fancy, not a hotel, just basic 1 bedroom you are welcome to stay in while you do you.

"LoVe" is a cute 1 bedroom/bath in a mature and maintained building. This is not a resort nor a hotel just a simple place with basic amenities, nothing fancy.

Furnished, Intimate and Affordable. The place is only set up for 2 people with basic amenities nothing extra. 2 Guest/Persons at ALL TIMES MAX in the Airbnb. Good if you just need a place to sleep while you enjoy your time visiting. The place is exactly how it is in the photo for the most part. VERY BASIC (NO Air Conditioner). The building is extremely quiet. You CAN NOT Smoke at all NO WHERE at this location. No Pets.

Linen is washed and place cleaned professionally after every guest. I was hoping to help you cut out some fees, so there is no cleaning fee (unless you don't clean). So, I expect you and require for you to clean up after yourself. There is no a/c but there is a fan. The property is older but well maintained. You will be in the CITY! This is an urban, diverse melting pot of a neighborhood. This location is in a central area, mid-city so there is a lot of people, traffic and stores all around. Understand this is an apartment building and the walls can be thin, you do have neighbors, so please be considerate as well.
